UK Delivery

We offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on all orders to UK addresses.

Delivery can be upgraded to Express Delivery (upto 3 working days) for an additional fee of just £1.49

Delivery can also be upgraded to Next Working Day Delivery for a fee of £6.99. Your order must be placed before 1pm on a working day to be dispatched the same day, otherwise it will be dispatched the next working day. Typically we use Royal Mail Special Delivery for our Next Day service which provides delivery pre-1pm, whilst this is more expensive than most couriers we find their service is unrivalled.

International Delivery

We offer International Delivery to all countries, the prices are determined by the items that you buy and will be confirmed to you as part of the checkout process, but they start from £9.99 for a fully tracked delivery service.

Returning an Item

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but in the unlikely event that this isn’t the case we will of course accept the item back as long as it’s provided unworn and in a resaleable condition, and within 30 days of the order being placed.

Please send the return to the address below and ensure that you include either your name or order number in the parcel so we can identify who it’s from.

Please note that we will not refund any postage fees incurred in sending the return unless the goods are faulty or if you have received the incorrect product, this needs to be authorised by us prior to the item being returned.

We believe that the Royal Mail offer a fantastic service, but very occasionally items do go astray or are delayed, we cannot action an exchange or refund until we have received the item being returned.

NB.1. If you select a delivery service other than our included UK free delivery when placing your order, this cost will not be refunded in the event of a return.

NB.2.  Items returned more than 30 days after the order date will not be refunded.

NB.3. In the event of a return from a non-UK address, the sender is liable for all import & custom fees as well as the relevant shipping costs.
